Alfredo has been a strong supporter of my work for awhile now, so I am very excited to feature him and his work on the podcast! In this episode, Alfredo talks with us about his journey into the digital wellness space and how he built Art and Tech. He discusses how our behavior is a result of our attitude, how we have the ability to be free in communities of people, and why it's important for us to push things away that aren't serving us, especially when it comes to technology. Alfredo emphasizes that art and tech can collaborate with each other in order to bring about a more positive future for us all.
