In this interview with Charmi, we learn about her journey from attending art school in India, moving to Houston and then stopping her art practice for awhile. She was able to embrace art again when she saw examples of self-represented artists like Jessica Swift, and many more, selling art and teaching. We talk about how that helped illuminate a path forward for her as an artist. Charmi has been painting and showing her work in the Seattle area, teaching art to kids for many years; she is now also offering workshops for adults.
