In this solo episode, I give a glimpse from inside the first day of Art Friend School Membership! I hosted two welcome parties for the founding members and it was just so fun! I led everyone through a visualization where they dressed up as their inner Art Friend and then we had a facilitated discussion of the insights that arose, while everyone got a chance to meet each other and share their art and each artist created an assignment for the week ahead.
