Former cheesemaker, H Conley, sits down with Kat Craddock to discuss taking Saveur Magazine independent and how food writers can find inspiration in surprising places (like architecture). And finally, H and Jessica taste champagne with the dynamic duo, Belinda Chang and Laura Werlin. These two James Beard Award winners discovered that they were the best pair of the weekend and used their respective wine and cheese expertise to explore what Wisconsin has to offer.
