Fred Waks is President and CEO of Trinity Group and one of the leading real estate developers in the country. Third generation developer, Fred was recently the same position at RioCan, where he grew the company from $100 million to $15 billion in assets.  Fred sits as a chairman on Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center board of directors,  past chair of Sunnybrook Foundation, chair of Sherman Campus leadership and many other philanthropic programs and charities.  In this episode we get into his beginnings and entry into real estate.
