If you are an artist, you might have been doing some drawing on your iPad. It’s a great way to practice without wasting materials.

A couple years ago I saw this app at CES. Art Rage has been going strong since. The newest version – Art Rage 3 – allows you to paint in the style you prefer. Brush, marker, crayon and more. You can even mix and match styles. Roll out a background and airbrush a mountain. Use the brush to make a tree.

With the layers, you can test if something works, then pull it to see what you like.
