Ryan Day went back to the NFL model in grabbing his next offensive coordinator. First it was Chip Kelly. Then it was Matt Patricia. And now it is Arthur Smith - the former OC of the Tennessee Titans and most recently of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Smith also had a few struggling years as the Falcons Head Coach that ended in disaster. Smith has some ups and downs on his resume, but his QB has never been a top 10 guy in the game. I think Ohio State made a really solid hire and I give this a 7.5/10.
