Shannon Finnegan is a disabled multidisciplinary artist who works to interrogate access and ableism. Finnegan practices artistic interventions such as the “Anti-Stairs Lounge” to protest inaccessible sites and to advocate for spaces of rest. Finnegan’s work has been featured at the Banff Center, the High Line, Tallinn Art Hall, Nook Gallery, and more.
