The Nomad Strength Show

ARTHUR CONSTANTINE | Becoming Anti-Fragile

Listen Later

My guest today Arthur Constantine and I have come to know each other over the last few years, since he began the then anonymous account Blood and Rain, and he is someone I’m consistently impressed by when it comes to discipline, drive, and wisdom that he possess for his age.
All of these behaviors build toward become Anti-Fragile, a concept based on Nassim Nicholas Taleb’s book of the same name, and the name of Arthur’s fitness coaching.
Arthur and I haven’t had a chance to catch up for a while, so the podcast covers a lot of ground. We cover how to positively use social media to build, anonymity, Jordan Petersen, Anti-Fragile fitness, the masculinity space on the internet, writing well, how to work hard, and a lot more.
