Harley and Buddy dive deep into the life and crimes of Arthur Shawcross who right from birth was a problem. He couldn't seem to keep himself out of trouble, that coupled with the fact that every person that he was ever close to was terrified of him equals a monster. The ultimate tragedy to this story lies in the fact that this should have all been over before it began. A murderer that moves from children to adults is very uncommon but then again nothing about this man was Atypical. From Adulthood to his death we will be telling the whole story.
