Now, being from Avalon I am no stranger to the idea of a curse; a horrible lesson hard-learned by the consequences of one's actions. Ussuran magic is based ENTIRELY off this premise [Don't forget to talk to Ursa!!] But the curses here, in the Atabean, are different. They don't change in nature, but instead of affecting one individual, it spreads to anyone that individual has led lives with and from the little I understand of it, the only way to escape is to die... or worse. I shudder to think of it.
