I first talked to Tim Lancaster about artificial intelligence in the delivery of public services when we shared a panel at An Audience with GLGdotTV in June of 2018. We both got slightly over excited about the potential of AI in the public sector arena. It was great to talk to someone who’s flights of imagination were anchored in reality and real projects so when we launched this new weekly podcast I was keen to call him up and continue the conversation.
