Arya and Sandor arrive at the Inn at the Crossroads, where Polliver and the Tickler are enjoying the locals' hospitality.

Arya learns of Joffrey's death and that Sansa has both married Tyrion, and fled the capital.

A bloody battle leads to the death of Polliver and the Tickler with the Hound sustaining major injuries himself.

Arya is reunited with Needle.

The Hound begs Arya to give him mercy, but she refuses, leaving him to die.

Arya uses Jaqen H'ghar's coin to secure passage to Braavos.
