In order to create the change we want in our lives, we must accept ourselves first. We have to work for us not against us. We cannot start this journey by denying who we are. It does more harm than good. We run the risk of not healing completely because we may think or feel it is too uncomfortable to “go there”. We have to go there and look at the full picture. 

Honesty is the best policy.

Acceptance is key.
