As Parents Are We Overcorrecting? - #106

Participation trophies were originally used as a way to incentivise kids at a key point (when they are young) to want to keep playing that sport rather than quit after one season. However, now the absence of any merit based trophies means none of our kids are really incentivized to win. In some cases we let our kids off the hook if they don't want to show up for team practice. To Pete it's all gone too far. To Mike it hasn't gone far enough and wants all sports canceled. It's a cracker. Enjoy!
