In this episode we talk about religion.
We look at Christianity compared with African Traditional Religion from our perspectives.
In the late 1800's , Christianity was introduced to Zimbabwe and other African countries during the colonial era. In many cases this was intended to replace the local traditional religious practices and beliefs. Africans were made to prefer Christianity over their own religion .
As millennials born into christian families in Africa, we discuss the conflict between the two forms of religion and whether one must really abandon the African Traditional Religion and advance christianity.
Can we have a balance between the two religions? Do you experience this internal conflict when it comes to religion ? Let us know your thoughts.
Our daily dilemmas are still ongoing. Submit your dilemma's , questions or stories in the anonymous link and we will respond in our coming episodes.
