The writer of Hebrews encourages us to "not forsake the assembling of ourselves together...but exhort one another, and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching." Markus explains this imperative to us, pointing out the importance of being part of the Body of Christ - not in name only - but in fact and in our manner of living. He also stresses why this is all the more critical as we get closer to the return of Christ.
