Welcome to the first episode of Allergy Smart TV where I shed some light on allergy skin testing.

I forgot to mention in the video that if you've had a reaction and taken antihistamine in the previous 3-5 days that you should put off the skin test. Since it could affect the results. Also don't put any creams or moisturisers / suncream on your forearms for a similar time.
