Today we speak with K.C. Tillman, who, alongside her daughter, Bryn,  co-authored Ascending the Fourteener of Recovery in an effort to bring light and compassion to eating disorders, and to help squash the stigmatization of mental illness.

K.C. Tillman is a writer, mentor, and long-time advocate of mental wellness. She has a passion for helping others, which has led her to strategize with those in need on navigating life’s sometimes unpredictable adversities. Empowering fellow humans and opening their eyes to the light at the end of the tunnel is beyond fulfilling, as she whole-heartedly believes the word "hope" stands for “Hold On, Pain Ends”.
