A young girl loses her life and begins a new one in hell. Satan, impressed by her love for fire, puts her in charge in her absence. At the same time, an angel hopes to see the best in her and offers salvation if she can reform the inhabitants of hell. Which path will she take, if any? Back on Earth, an amateur artist and anime fanatic witnesses a kidnapping and becomes the center of attention for a shadow organization and a ragtag resistance. In the end, she finds a group of friends that truly see her.
