I have this whole conversation on fall if someone would like to hear it customers talking about Two Men and a Truck in Florida hiring someone that stole some earrings from them the cops were able to find one from each pair whatever good that will do him I'm sure they were expensive he was calling me to get a price for moving locally

In this call you will hear a customer calling getting a price on loading a truck going out of town you cannot hear her very well cuz I was not on speakerphone toward the end when she mentions the sticker I turn it on speaker phone and get her to repeat it we have these round stickers with phone number and address I put them on the garbage disposal cuz it is a place where people look maybe once a week definitely wants a month getting dish detergent or other things we also put them on the fuse box occasionally and they are perfect for germx that we give to restaurants and storage facilities they are extremely cheap and even easy to hand out as business cards if necessary

And this episode I would like for people to understand the value of being honest with the customer and letting them know their other options before giving him a big price I reminded him that the most economical way was for us to load a truck for him and then gave him the calls for us to do it and then pushed him away telling him to call other people they are going to call other people either way it gives you more credibility when you suggest this and then afterwards we offer to bring free moving boxes regardless if he harms us or not offering value to him we will take him boxes in a few days and pressure him to make a decision and leave with a deposit this technique comes from 22 years of customer service 828 713 1999 Bruce Hensley
