When Ashlee Thomas was 13, she went on a health kick using social media. Just a year later, she was diagnosed with anorexia. She was hospitalised for 12 weeks and her heart stopped – twice. A startling new Australian study has shown Ashlee isn’t the only one experiencing mental health problems because of social media. On this episode of Under The Gloss, Ashlee joins Phoebe, and Body and Soul’s Alison Izzo, to share her story.
