Ashleigh Ainsley is co-founder of Colorintech a non profit aiming to improve access, awareness and opportunities for ethnic minorities to enter the tech industry. Colorintech is probably best known for its BTF (Black Tech Fest) event which is Europe's largest technology and culture festival celebrating innovation and inclusion in the UK tech industry and beyond. In 2020, Ashleigh was recognised on Forbes 30 Under 30 list. He is also a qualified football referee!
