Ashley Francis is the Owner of TURN Studio, a cycle and strength fitness boutique. Ashley spent the first 11 years of her career as a wildly successful medical sales professional. Despite making great money and earning countless awards she began to find the work unfulfilling. Once she began exploring the possibility of a career outside medical sales her vision of being an entrepreneur began to take shape.
