How does one balance work and family life? I see people asking this question all the time.

In today's episode, Ashley Lopez of The Luxury Lash Studio, shares her story how she got into the lash industry and how she kept pressing forward while have 4 kids in a relatively short period of time.

Over the years, she has had to deal with a lot of difficult challenges... infertility issues, postpartum depression, miscarriages, starting a lash line that ended up not wanting to do...and so much more.
