New York Restaurant owner Tyler Hollinger speaks out on Governor Cuomo's crazy Covid restrictions.

Tyler is an OWNER and EVENT PRODUCER for NYC’s only Farm to Bar Cocktail establishment FESTIVAL, which opened restaurant opened during the Covid19 panic event. Tyler is the owner and creative director of Highlife Productions, a creative event production and experiential marketing agency based in NYC. Tyler is also an actor, comedian, and filmmaker.
