ABOUT SAM BROWN

Samuel was born in Williamsport, PA. At an early age Samuel experienced homelessness, and the loss of his dad and witnessed the impact of mounting family pressures. Samuel wanted a change in his life but wasn't sure how to make it happen. It wasn't until Samuel was expelled after his 8th-grade year that he realized that. Samuel was fortunate to have come across a program and a mentor who would change this trajectory for the rest of his life.

From the moment of getting his first mentor and joining a program that saved his life, The Coatesville Youth Initiative. Sam went off to graduate college, overcome the loss of both of his parents, and start a business (Faith and Effort) equipping people with the skills, tools, and confidence to become the person they desire to be.

Sam has over 10+ developing programs as well as facilitating job readiness courses.
