This weeks episode is the continuation of Ask and Receive part 1. While some of us understand that whatever we ask for we definitely will receive it, sometimes we forget that we are capable of doing just that. Sometimes we shoot down our dreams before we even get a chance to initiate them. We tend to think negatively about what we are trying to achieve and wonder why we can't get what we want. We need to train our thoughts to become grateful in all situations so that we can create and atmosphere to receive.  This weeks episode I would like to share in detail just how we should do what we need to do in order to receive.
