Weitere Wahrzeichen sind das Rathaus und das Holstentor, ein Tor am Rand der Altstadt. Further landmarks are the town hall and the Holstentor, a gate at the edge of the old town. In der Weihnachtszeit ist in der ganzen Altstadt ein großer Weihnachtsmarkt. During the Christmas season there is a big Christmas market in the whole old town.
