Today’s questions:Tim - As someone who wants to become a strength/human performance coach, what is the best way of going about a masters degree and being a grad assistant with strength coaches. I will be getting my undergrad in exercise science fall 2017, and I am starting to look for potential colleges to get my masters degree. However, I'm confused if I should just focus on a strength and conditioning focus or a masters in kinesiology or something similar is better?Joey - In your opinion as a coach, does Heart Rate Variability(HRV) affect athlete performance?Jay - What the most important things I could teach or expose him to now and to see what things worked best for you when you were working with your interns and young coaches?
