Shannon Burstein is a Certified Health Coach who realized years ago that she had a sugar addiction. She discovered a way to stop eating it and sees herself and her life in a whole new way. In this episode, Shannon and Luana talk a lot about how she changed her life from addiction to her dream life. She shares a lot about her own experience and she is very real and vulnerable. It is such a powerful story to hear with a beautiful message at the end of it.
