Raise your hand if you have ever felt this way? 

Well guess what, Barlyssa is here to let you know that it doesn't have to be that way anymore.  Asking for help is not a sign of weakness or any of that other mumbo jumbo Abuela told you while drinking her cafe.  

This week we dive into how we not only sought out help from the amazing Barbara Ellen (the wonderful boss babe of Be Career Development!) but how we also showed up to give help to a new boss babe who is walking on her own event planning journey. 

So what do you need to remember?

 1. Ask for help when you need it
 2. Give help when you can
