God said that in the latter days He would pour out His Spirit on all flesh. It is His desire to refresh and renew the earth with the rain of His Spirit. However, this is not an automatic thing. There is a part that we must do before we see this mighy outpouring of God's Spirit on the earth that will bring in the greatest harvest the world has ever seen.
