This question is a very real concern for a lot of parents.

It was a concern for mine and, I would be lying if I did not admit that it was a concern for me as a student.

The college landscape is scary and it is so heavy as it can absolutely shape the rest of our lives.

This was asked because the information out there is not clear. It's not because it does not exist, but because we don't even know where to really look - and add to the fact that the landscape legitimately makes a difference... Where you are, what instrument your student plays, what your student actually intends to do...
