Next up in our Ask The Artist series, Charles Levine of Soul Clap shares a special selection composed entirely of his own productions and remixes, spanning his different aliases and projects. He also speaks about his musical upbringing, what he has been working on recently, and offers advice for the next generation of DJs and artists:

“I’m very proud to share this current program of all originals and remixes. Some of these songs were made for Soul Clap, or for my new project with Tom Trago called Compassa, or for Weekend At Barnies, or as a throwback to my Lonely C alias days.

The majority of this music, however, is presented as Charles Levine—my birth name and the artist name I’m using to express this current chapter of my musical story. I hope you enjoy this music as much as I enjoyed making it.”
