Rodrigo Hernández Mijares es director ejecutivo del Centro de Investigación Económica del Noroeste (CIEN), del Sistema CETYS Universidad, con sede en Mexicali, coordinador nacional y director del capítulo Mexicali de La Sociedad Bastiat, programa del AIER.

 

Rodrigo Hernandez Mijares is executive director at Northwestern Economics Research Center (CIEN), an economic think tank at CETYS University based in Mexicali, Mexico, and he serves as the coordinator and chapter director for the Mexicali chapter of AIER´s The Bastiat Society Program. He is also currently working on a Spanish translation of The Atlas Society’s Pocket Guide to Objectivism.
