Listener Jeff Sinfield from the great Down Unda' chimes in this week with a question aimed at MC but that HM has some questions about, too.

"Can you be sued personally on the job?" It turns out MC and his pals have a built in legal device called Qualified Immunity that HM is curious to learn more about. He asks:

• Could the removal of Qualified Immunity increase quality of service?
• Should Qualified Immunity be used to remove officers for wrongdoing when they apply for new positions?
• If HM and his Medic pals purchase malpractice insurance, is there a PD product that should be considered?
• Will taking away Qualified Immunity lead to more deaths?
