On our debut episode this Season 3, we met with Yemisi who, from a young age, was fascinated by movies, music and the entertainment world in general. From her interests and experiences whilst growing up, she knew she wanted to be in the entertainment industry. Somehow she found herself exploring legal waters and became a solicitor and barrister with no idea how this would feed into her passion for entertainment.

She grew up in a loving home with family all around her. At the age of 19, something happened which changed the dynamics of her life. However, she trudged on, fought her way through school and started her career as a lawyer. There were challenges along the way but she emphasises how mentorship and her spirituality gave her the fuel she needed to continually improve herself and power on.

Yemisi tells us the story of how she has managed to successfully combine her academic background (Law) with her passion (Entertainment) and gone on to carve a niche for herself in the industry.
