In this episode, Juliet and Clinton answer the following questions: 1) What topics should I include on my podcast? 2) How long should my podcast be? And 3) How do I get listeners for my podcast?
In this episode we answered the following questions:
1. “I have decided I want to start a podcast, but I'm not sure on the content. I know the format I want is a weekly show where I interview experts in my field. I work in the area of natural supplements and naturopathy and a lot of my work is in collaboration with medical physicians. I want to be able to raise my own profile through the website and get new opportunities like teaching and speaking in other cities. Should I choose a sub-niche - such as a specific medical problem, or keep the topics broad and on natural health?”
2. “I am putting together the website for my new podcast. I am wondering how much content do I need to have on each podcast episode? Also, what information is essential to have on each post on the website? Thanks!”
3. “OMG! I'm finally getting my Podcast out there, January 2017. I announced it in August 2015, but it's taken me all this time to work out what I really want it to be like ,and I still don't know but I'm doing it anyway. Do you have any tips on how I can successfully market my new podcast and get new subscribers and downloads?”
