There is a new hospital being built in the suburb next to mine + housing for 10, 000 being built over the next 10 years. I think this will be great for new clients between school hours because of the nature of hospital shift work.

If I lived in that suburb, and I was searching for a counsellor, I wouldn't think to google my suburb + counsellor because it is small and there is not a lot here. What's the best way to start marketing to the hospital suburb?

I thought of blogging about it in some way e.g. there is a massive uproar about the changes there but it doesn't really fit my niche.
