Social Media has made it seem like the majority is not vaccinating. 

  1. The benefits of vaccines far outweigh the occurrence of side effects.
  2. Severe side effects, such as rare/unique types of blood clots associated with the JnJ and heart inflammation associated with the Pfizer are very uncommon.
  3. For JnJ, there are 3 cases for every million doses among adults and 8 cases of Guillain-Bare Syndrome for every million doses among adults. 

    4. How do these occurrences compare to hospitalizations, ICU admissions and deaths? 

    • There 7-8 cases for every 11 800 people being hospitalized. 
    • There are 7-8 cases for every 3 300 ICU admissions.
    • There are 7-8 cases for every 2 300 deaths.
