A Florida native, James has a long history in Real Estate.&nbsp; He was originally licensed in the state of South Carolina in 2003, but due to the reciprocity laws moved back to Florida to become a broker passing the real estate brokers exam in 2005.
In 2009, he graduated with a B.A. from the University of South Florida, magna cum laude.
His time is split between working with his father on horticultural cases of eminent domain and helping clients to sell real estate properties through the Berkshire Hathaway Florida Properties Group, the Auction Division.
