Few words...

In the #Askpagakis Podcast Ep-2, I try to argue that we must be prepared and always be adaptive for the on-going Change. The pillars should be the right Culture, the right (on-going) Training, the right attitude, the skill of data management (and analytics), and a well-thought Career plan. Transformation asks that we change first, adapt, learn a new.

Στο 2o επεισόδιο της σειράς των ραδιοφωνικών εγγραφών, προσπαθώ να εξηγήσω ότι οι νέοι, για να πετύχουν στη συνεχή αλλαγή, πρέπει να είναι προετοιμασμένοι και προσαρμοστικοί. Οι πυλώνες τους είναι η κατάλληλη κουλτούρα, η διαρκής εκπαίδευση, η εκμάθηση χρήσης δεομένων και ένα πραγματικό σχέδιο καριέρας. Ο παγκόσμιος μετασχηματισμός απαιτεί να αλλάξουμε εμείς πρώτα, να προσαρμοζόμαστε και να μαθαίνουμε ξανά.
