Cecil Phillip is a software developer with almost a decade of experience with creating enterprise grade software solutions. Over his career, he has specialized in creating solutions using web technologies, .NET and Microsoft Azure. Today, he's employed by Microsoft as a Cloud Developer Advocate where he helps guide developers in moving their applications to the cloud. He also a passion for software architecture, testing and API design. Cecil currently resides in South Florida, but he stays very connected to his Caribbean roots.
