In this Episode I attempt to do ASMR while going into the different ways I feel. I look at how consciously I've been feeling lately while honoring these feelings. I explain that my attempt to honor my feelings is a totally new exercise that I have not done in the past. I absolutely love and sometimes hate how I feel towards this person or the situation but other then looking at that I shift the focus on my self I look at my ability to even have these emotions, I try to understand why I'm having them and what do they mean. I find it cute and silly the kind of thoughts and emotions that the situation carries within itself. All in all I'm experiencing this with my eyes wide open.
