I created this segment with three different intentions. During the 1st 3 mins, I repeatedly spoke I love mycellf in my head. The next 3 mins I repeated let it go and the last 3 i repeated I am infinite and eternal. Take this time to put down the phone rest your head or mind while you listen to the smoothing instrumentals
