After such a long time desiring one, I finally got a smart watch. About a year ago, I decided to myself that I'd be more proactive about my health. So since then I have been taking different steps in this regard. The most recent one is this smart watch to provide me with certain data. I've had it for almost a week now and I've made a vital revelation, albeit shocking. Pertaining tou sleeping patterns. The watch has a lot of other cool features.
