John Isaacs joined ASP to discuss nuclear amendments in the Fiscal Year 2013 National Defense Authorization Act currently up for debate in the Senate.

A number of amendments proposed by members of Congress would impact U.S. nuclear programs and strategy. Proposal topics include U.S.-Russia negotiations, East Coast missile defense, and plutonium pit production.
