In this episode, I interview Lynn Thompson, the Associate Vice President of Special Projects at the Hartville Group about their new policy Complete Coverage that was just launched in November, 2016. I had the opportunity to visit with some of the team leaders involved with the launch in Ohio recently where I got a tour of their offices and sat in on a presentation about The Hartville Group and the new policy.
