If you're ready to hit the slopes, Aspen Snowmass is where you want to be As of the latest update, the base has a snow depth of 47 inches, while the summit boasts an impressive 76 inches of packed powder. In the last 24 hours, there's been about an inch of new snowfall, with another inch expected in the next 48 hours. Currently, 34 of 41 lifts are open, giving you plenty of access to some fantastic terrain.
The weather is quite dynamic, with temperatures swinging from chilly lows of around 23°F to highs of up to 54°F by mid-week. Expect mostly clear skies early on, transitioning to cloudy conditions later in the day. For the next five days, the forecast suggests mostly sunny skies with warmer temperatures, ideal for spring skiing.
